Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Billing Specialist to manage medical billing, claims processing, denial resolution, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up for a growing healthcare practice.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.




- Strong experience with Tebra/Kareo.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
- Experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
- Experience with Primary Care (PCP) billing and coding, including E/M visits, preventive exams, annual wellness visits, and chronic care management.
- Experience working with clearinghouses and payer portals.
- Ability to independently manage the entire billing cycle with minimal to no supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage insurance claims accurately and timely.
- Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, underpaid, and unpaid claims.
- Prepare appeals and follow claims through final resolution.
- Review coding and documentation for billing accuracy.
- Post payments and reconcile EOBs and ERAs.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and aging claims.
- Verify insurance eligibility and authorization requirements.
- Maintain accurate billing records and reporting.

Idóneo Candidate:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a strong understanding of medical billing workflows, denial management, revenue recovery, and PCP coding.
- Must be capable of managing the full revenue cycle—from claim submission through payment resolution—independently and without direct supervision.
