Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled proactive Marketing Specialist to work directly with the Marketing Director, manage, execute, and elevate marketing initiatives.



Primary focus is to take over day-to-day marketing operations autonomously.

Responsibilities

- Design and manage engaging content across social media platforms, keeping the audience connected and growing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for new real estate listings.
- Build, fund, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) from concept to conversion.
- Create high-quality print advertisements, flyers, and digital assets while strictly adhering to visual guidelines and brand consistency.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing Director on upcoming content needs, listing details, and campaign timelines to ensure a smooth transition.
