Howl Marketing and Business Development
Colombia
Short version
Most marketing agencies hand clients a strategy and hope someone else builds the machine. We build the machine.
The Marketing
Engineer is the person who makes it run.
You will own the systems layer of every client engagement: the CRM, the automations, the data flowing between platforms, the AI workflows, and the reporting that proves any of it worked. When a lead comes in from a cold email sequence and lands in the right pipeline with the right owner and the right tags, that is your work. When it does not, that is your problem to solve.
Who we are
Howl Louder is a B2B strategic visibility agency. We help companies get known by the people who matter most to their growth, in that order: Clarity, Visibility, Pipeline. Our methodology is the Marketing Domino System, and our internal AI platform, Lupa, powers how we research, write, and scale client work. We are a small senior team. Nobody here waits to be told what to do twice. What you will do
Build and maintain client marketing infrastructure Configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts: pipelines, custom fields, workflows, calendars, forms, and reporting dashboards
Design and build integrations between platforms using native webhooks, APIs, and Zapier or Make when native is not an option
Run CRM migrations and data cleanups, including field mapping, deduplication, and CSV imports
Set up and troubleshoot email infrastructure: domain authentication, deliverability, warmup, sequencing, and inbox health Own the outbound engine
Build and maintain cold email and LinkedIn sequencing systems across tools like Email Bison, Clay, Dripify, and HeyReach
Design signal-based prospecting workflows that trigger outreach off real buying indicators, not lists
Enrich, validate, and segment prospect data so campaigns hit the right person at the right moment Make the reporting honest
Build dashboards that connect activity to pipeline to revenue
Instrument tracking, attribution,
and conversion events so results are provable
Flag what is not working before a client has to ask Extend Lupa and our AI stack
Build prompt systems, agents, and automations that make our team faster
Prototype tooling for research, content production, and account intelligence
Document everything so the next person can run it without you Document and productize
Turn every repeat build into a documented, repeatable playbook
Train account teams on the systems you build so they own day-to-day operation
What you bring
Required
3+ years building marketing or sales systems, in-house or agency side
Deep hands-on experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform. GoHighLevel is a strong plus. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Klaviyo experience translates
Working knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, and how to read documentation you have never seen before
Comfort with data: spreadsheets, CSVs, field mapping, and the discipline to keep records clean
Practical fluency with AI tools, including prompt design and building workflows that use LLMs
Clear written communication. You will document systems that other people depend on
Nice to have
Light scripting, such as Python or JavaScript
Email deliverability expertise: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending reputation
SQL or comfort in a BI tool
SEO, AEO, or GEO technical implementation
Agency experience juggling multiple client environments at once
How you work
You debug instead of guessing. When a lead routes to the wrong sub-account, you trace the payload
You care whether the system actually produces pipeline, not whether it looks impressive
You would rather write the documentation than be the bottleneck
You give accurate numbers, not flattering ones
Why this role You will not be maintaining someone else's stack. You will be designing the infrastructure layer of a growing agency across a dozen client environments, with real authority over how it gets built. The systems you create become products we sell.
