About the Role

We are expanding our Data Science team and looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems for our innovation platform. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will design, build, and scale the agentic AI and RAG capabilities at the core of our product, working closely with Product and Engineering to take new AI features from prototype to production.

Design & Build: Develop and maintain LLM-powered agent systems — RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent orchestration — using Python and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

Integrate: Expose agent capabilities via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and support agent-to-agent (A2A) communication with customer and third-party systems.

Ship Backend Services: Build robust backend services and data pipelines that support AI features,



backed by PostgreSQL or similar.

MLOps: Establish and maintain MLOps practices, experiment tracking, model versioning, monitoring, using tools like MLflow, and deploy to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Collaborate: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience building production ML/AI systems, including LLM or NLP applications.

Core Language: Proficient in Python (OOP principles, data structures) with hands-on experience in Django or a similar backend framework.

AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), embeddings and vector search (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS), and RAG architectures.

Data & Analytics: Strong understanding of SQL and data pipeline design;

experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI is a plus.

Language: B2+ English proficiency (comfortable collaborating with international teams).
