We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join an innovative team building next-generation digital products at the intersection of AI, gaming, and digital identity . This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll help define architecture, mentor engineers, and build scalable, high-performance applications used by thousands of users.

What you'll do

- Lead the architecture and technical direction of scalable full-stack applications.
- Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs with Node.js and modern backend technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, engineering standards, and architectural decisions.

What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead or mentorship role.




- Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems and modern web architectures.
- Strong backend experience with Go, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and system design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) is highly valued.

Nice to have
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications.
- Exposure to AI/ML systems or LLM integrations.
- Experience with game development, 3D technologies, or digital identity platforms.
