The "For You Page," the scroll, and the hook are your playground. As a Junior Social Media Video Editor, you aren't just cutting video; you are translating brand messages into native social culture. You will be responsible for taking raw influencer content and studio footage and turning it into snappy, engaging,



and high-converting assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Your work determines if a user stops scrolling or keeps moving. If you are obsessed with pacing, trends, and creating content that feels authentic to the platform, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

1. Edit Native Short-Form Content
- Assemble and edit fast-paced, engaging videos specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Master the art of the "hook"—editing the first 3 seconds to grab attention instantly using visual disruption, text overlays, and sound.
- Implement trending audio, native text styles, and platform-specific stickers to make ads feel organic.

- Remix & Iterate

- Take successful ad concepts and create fresh iterations by swapping hooks, changing music, or re-ordering footage to combat creative fatigue.
