Job Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online visibility and achieve marketing goals. You will manage all social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual assets. Your creativity and hands-on skills in graphic design will be essential to produce compelling and on-brand social media content.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage and grow Uptalent.io’s social media presence, create engaging and high-quality content, drive user engagement,



and contribute to lead generation and conversion through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Content Creation and Management:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media posts and ads.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendar.
- Engagement and Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing timely responses.
- Foster and grow an active online community, encouraging engagement and interaction.
