What You'll Do
- Design, install, and maintain CCTV and IP camera networks across sites
- Configure and manage network devices (switches, NVRs, PoE, etc.) to support reliable video transmission
- Perform regular system audits, optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Conduct fault diagnostics and lead on-site repairs or replacements when needed
- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to integrate CCTV with broader systems
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed records of installations
- Stay up-to-date on video surveillance hardware, software, and best practices

Who You Are
- Experience working with CCTV, IP video, or network-based camera systems
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, PoE, and video compression




- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different site locations
