About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide first- and second-level technical support across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, and iOS).

Respond to and resolve user incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and network connectivity through the ServiceNow ticketing system.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely using remote support tools.

Install, configure, maintain, and update software applications and operating systems.





Document support activities, solutions, and escalation procedures following ITIL best practices.

Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.

Manage Apple devices through Jamf Pro.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and account setup.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection standards, and data loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

2–4 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, or help desk roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
