:

White Cap is looking for a strong enterprise-level IT Program Manager to support a major AI enablement initiative across the organization. The outcome of this program is to ensure the IT organization is prepared to support and enable AI adoption across the business .

This person will be fully dedicated to this program and will be responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, managing governance, and ensuring the overall program stays on track. The attached role description aligns closely with this need, as the Program Manager is expected to manage all aspects of program design, development, implementation, governance, communication, status, scope, timing, budgets, risks, and cross-functional project delivery.

Job Duties:

Key Workstreams The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams tied to AI readiness, including:

1. Data and Content Readiness

- There is a Workstream Lead
- Approximately 5 supporting resources
- Focused on preparing the organization’s data/content environment to support AI enablement

2. Technology Infrastructure and Tools

- There is a Workstream Lead
- Approximately 4–5 supporting resources
- Candidate does not need to personally understand infrastructure/cloud in depth
- Must be able to manage the workstream, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

3. InfoSec and AI Risk Management

- There is a Workstream Lead




- 2 supporting resources
- Focused on information security, AI risk, controls, and readiness considerations

4. AI COE / Governance / Security

- There is a Workstream Lead
- 1–2 supporting resources
- Focused on AI Center of Excellence structure, governance, security alignment, and operating model support

Must Haves:

- Very strong enterprise Program Management experience
- Experience managing large, multi-workstream IT programs
- Ability to manage matrixed teams and multiple project/workstream leads
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Strong governance, risk, issue, dependency, and change control experience
- Ability to manage leadership expectations and communicate clearly at the VP/C-level
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing program scope, timing, budget, and delivery milestones
- Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- PMP certification required based on intake notes
- Polished, professional, and comfortable leading senior-level conversations
- Ability to make this program their sole focus
