Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: A fixed monthly base will be provided to support stable creator sourcing and project follow-up. Range: 300-800 USD. The final amount will be agreed based on the candidate's market, experience, and scope of work.
- Performance Bonus: Additional bonus tied to qualified lead delivery, successful creator deals, and completed campaign launches. The exact bonus rules will be confirmed before the project starts.
- Long-Term Opportunity: Top performers may take on a larger creator marketing operations scope, including campaign management, content localization, and creator supply development.

Responsibilities

- Influencer Mapping: Identify high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in key LATAM markets.
- Lead Generation & CRM: Build and manage a qualified creator pipeline, delivering 100+ new verified creator leads per month with complete CRM records.
- Market & Pricing Research:



Research creator profiles, rates, and market benchmarks to support pricing and partnership strategies.
- Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate rates, usage rights, and collaboration terms with creators and their representatives.
- Campaign Management: Manage creator outreach, content review, campaign execution, and asset delivery from start to finish.
- Live Stream & Content Operations: Monitor assigned creators' live streams, ensure campaign compliance, resolve issues, and collect post-campaign results.
- Content Localization: Support creators in adapting campaign requirements into authentic, engaging local content.

Requirements

- Language: professional working English is required for remote collaboration. Portuguese is not required for this role.
- Experience: Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/MCN operations, social media, creator management, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the local creator ecosystem; able to judge creator fit, content quality, and local pricing.
- Skills: Strong outreach and negotiation skills, reliable follow-up, and attention to detail in data and CRM management.
- Mindset: Proactive, disciplined, comfortable working independently, and accountable for measurable monthly output in a remote environment.
