Job Summary





We are seeking an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background who can independently manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, someone who can source candidates through multiple channels, manage high‑volume pipelines, and confidently close top talent.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting candidates while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
