Our company provides valuation services for purposes of transaction consulting, acquisition support, fairness opinions, tax planning, and financial reporting. Our firm works with a range of publicly traded clients, private equity-backed clients, and privately held clients. Annually, we work with approximately 600 different clients around the globe.

Job Overview

We are searching for a financial analyst capable of working remotely with discipline and a strong work ethic. The financial analyst would be responsible for supporting valuation engagements through complex analytics, financial and valuation models, and report writing.

The financial analyst will have the following responsibilities, among others:

Analyzing and explaining historical and projected financial information;

Performing business and financial due diligence;

Conducting industry and sub-sector research;

Valuing companies, businesses, and securities;

Building complex financial models (e.g., to support negotiating/advocacy positions, assess cash flows of a company and/or value specific securities);





Assisting with the preparation of board/special committee presentations supporting advice and opinions;

Participating in pitches and business development initiatives; and

Supporting relationships with current and prospective clients.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year undergraduate program (finance, accounting, or economics focuses preferred);

Strong accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilities, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Excel and Word;

Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills;

Excellent English oral and written communication skills (C1 English Proficiency);

Be an independent thinker, self-starter, and resourceful problem solver driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment; and

Very strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Analyst: 0 - 2 years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, accounting, or related field is preferred Senior Analyst: 2 - 4 years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
