? What You'll Do:
• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
• Contact customers to collect payments or negotiate installment plans
• Use tools like credit bureau data and internet searches to locate customers
• Maintain detailed records of contacts and payments
• Resolve billing issues and customer complaints
• Develop and present payment solutions to management
• Post cash receipts and resolve discrepancies
• Support billing and AR operations as needed
? What You Bring:




✅ Advanced conversational English (C1 level) – bilingual talent only
✅ Degree in Business or Accounting (preferred)
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Ability to learn new accounting software
✅ High attention to detail and confidentiality
✅ Reliable, trustworthy, and organized
