About the Role

We're looking for an Email & Brand Designer to join our creative team and own the design experience for a dedicated set of clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full design lifecycle—emails, wireframes, audit decks,

competitor references, and any visual assets your clients need. You'll work closely with strategists and account leads to translate retention strategy into compelling, conversion-focused creative.

What You'll Do

Design Ownership

- Own the end-to-end design output for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Design emails, wireframes, audit decks, competitor references, and any visual assets clients need.
- Maintain and evolve client brand systems within Figma, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
- Manage design workload across multiple brands without compromising quality or deadlines.





Strategy and Collaboration

- Partner with strategists to translate lifecycle strategy into effective visual design.
- Present design work to clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind creative decisions.
- Incorporate client feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining design quality.
- Apply email best practices to ensure designs render correctly and drive performance.

Continuous Improvement

- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image generation) to accelerate workflows and elevate output quality.
- Stay current on email design trends, ESP constraints, and rendering best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal design systems and templates.

Who You Are

- 4+ years of experience in email design, graphic design, or a related discipline. Solid understanding of email best practices and the strategy behind design decisions.
- Agency experience, particularly within an email or lifecycle marketing agency.
- Fluency in Figma, including components, variants, and shared libraries.
- AI-forward. You actively use AI tools in your workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, image generation, or similar) to move faster and produce better work.
- Multi-brand capable. You can manage design for multiple brands simultaneously without quality slipping.
- Detail-oriented and proactive. Strong design instincts and a sharp eye for detail. You manage your workload, flag blockers early, and consistently deliver on time.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work that is visually strong, on-brand, and results-oriented.
