? What are we looking for?

We are looking for freelance designers ?? ? with solid experience in print production and a high level of technical precision. Ideally, professionals who have worked preparing final mechanical files for print and are familiar with pre-press processes.

? Your day-to-day will look like this:

- Preparation of files for printing (CMYK, bleeds, crop marks, file packaging, and technical review of final mechanical files).
- Adaptation of assets from existing templates, respecting brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Production of print ads, editorial material, magazines, newspapers, brochures, promotional pieces, and other print materials.
- Adaptations of digital assets, static banners, and other graphic materials when required by the project.
- Thorough review of each file prior to delivery to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
- Ability to work with high production volumes without compromising quality or attention to detail.

? Requirements

- Proven experience in print production and pre-press.




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign , Illustrator, and Photoshop (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Basic handling of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for adjustments and short video editing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable), sharp organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to work remotely in an agile environment.
- Intermediate or higher level of English to understand instructions, briefs, and collaborate with international teams.
- Availability to collaborate 4 to 6 hours daily, with flexibility to work during afternoon/evening hours (up to 1:00 AM maximum log-off time) and respond to tight turnaround times.
- Pluses: Experience with Google Web Designer, After Effects/Lottie, or specifications for print media.
