About the role As a Central Keying Agent/Customer Service Representative you will enter and update data in the company database, maintaining accurate customer records and communicating with internal teams and customers, ensuring business operations run smoothly by supporting validation teams and helping close tickets efficiently. This is a back-office/customer-facing driven role with no weekend work and Colombian paid holidays, offering consistency, structure, and growth based on performance.
Responsibilities: Enter and maintain accurate customer and product data in internal systems, keying 10–15 product wares per ticket to ensure completeness and precision.
Collect and process information from source documents within established timeframes to provide the validation team with accurate data for efficient ticket closure.
Manage 5 to 8 assigned accounts, dedicating 1 to 2 hours per task depending on the volume of wares or lockers (ranging from 10 to 100).
Reach out to specific locations and customers via outbound email/phone using strong communication skills to confirm data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure account accuracy.
Conduct rigorous quality checks and validate data entries to identify, track, and correct inconsistencies before they reach the validation stage.
Maintain a self-motivated and productively driven approach, ensuring all work meets the standards required to pass and maintain the mandatory certification process.
Support business operations with a high sense of urgency and independence.
Training & Schedule: 3 weeks of hands-on, 1:1 training to get you up and running fast.
Training schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
Post-training business hours: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST.
Requirements: Strong English proficiency (B2+) is a must-have.
Must reside in Medellin or Bogota.
Self-motivated and productively driven to meet strict daily, weekly, and monthly goals while maintaining high quality metrics.
Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to stay focused and independent in a repetitive back-office and customer service setting.
Strong command of spreadsheets (Excel), word processing tools, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of database management.
Minimum Keyboard speed of 45 WPM
High School Diploma or GED required.
