Trust Bridge Accounting is a U.S.-based accounting firm providing bookkeeping, financial
reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close services to small and growing
businesses. We focus on delivering accurate financial information and exceptional client
service while helping business owners make better financial decisions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our growing client
base. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the firm as we expand.
Responsibilities
● Categorize and record financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
● Review and maintain bank and credit card feeds
● Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
● Assist with month-end close procedures
● Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
● Investigate and resolve discrepancies
● Maintain organized digital accounting records and supporting documentation
● Assist with bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up projects
● Prepare workpapers and schedules for management review
● Follow documented accounting procedures and internal controls
Qualifications
Required
● Accounting, Finance, or Business degree (completed or in progress)
● Strong attention to detail




● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
● Strong organizational and analytical skills
● Reliable internet connection and computer
● Professional written communication skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
● Experience with QuickBooks Online
● Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
● Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
● Intermediate English proficiency
● Experience performing bank reconciliations and month-end close activities
