Descripción

- Perform account reconciliations (GL accounts) ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Execute and document journal entries (JEs) following defined controls and procedures
- Prepare and validate reports under SOX compliance
- Actively support control execution and evidence collection (, screenshots, validations, documentation)
- Review and analyze manual GL account activity to identify inconsistencies or risks
- Ensure that all activities are aligned with SOX requirements and internal control frameworks
- Support evaluation of control effectiveness and identification of potential gaps
- Assist in the implementation of corrective action plans for control deficiencies

We are looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist with experience working in a SOX-controlled environment, to support highly operational accounting and control activities within the General Ledger.

This role is execution-focused (hands-on) and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness,



and compliance of financial data through detailed validation, reconciliation, and documentation processes.Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Advanced english level
- Experience working in SOX-compliant environments (must-have)
- Solid understanding of accounting processes (GL, reconciliations, JEs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high-volume operational tasks
- Experience performing control execution and documentation
- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments
- Intermediate/advanced Excel
