Our client is an Australian extra virgin olive oil producer and vendor, selling online, in retail, and expanding into food service. As the business grows, we’re looking for a versatile creative professional to support design, packaging, and video content needs across the brand.

As our portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for a dedicated creative who can take full ownership of our design pipelines.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a senior-leaning or strong mid-level designer with a broad creative skill set who can confidently execute end-to-end design work, manage finished art, and contribute to video editing when needed. This person will work closely with the founder and help share the load across digital, packaging, and advertising creative.

This is an adecuado role for someone who is comfortable working within an existing brand system, can take feedback well, and can move efficiently between design and video tasks. You will become a trusted creative partner to the founder and wider team, supporting the business with reliable, consistent output and minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital & Marketing Asset Creation: Create and adapt marketing and digital assets across web, social, ads, and email channels.
- Packaging & Print Production:



Design packaging and label artwork for physical products and produce flawless finished art files ready for print and manufacturing production.
- Video Content & Editing: Edit short-form and ad content video using CapCut, and support additional video tasks in Premiere Pro or After Effects where applicable.
- Brand Framework Alignment: Work within an established brand and design system to maintain strict consistency and quality across all creative output.
- Collaborative Iteration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and implement design feedback accurately and efficiently.
- Creative Optimization: Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and production efficiency as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Experience: Strong experience in graphic design, ideally at a mid to senior level, with a proven ability to produce polished finished art.
- Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with CapCut for video editing. Familiarity with Figma is a strong plus.
- Brand Adaptability: Proven capability to step into, respect, and build within an existing brand framework.
- Communication & Execution: Strong English proficiency for internal communication, written work, and proofreading. The ability to receive and apply feedback effectively is crucial (this is not a client-facing role).
- Autonomy: Self-directed, organized, and able to move efficiently between design and video tasks as priorities shift.

Nice to Have

- Experience with food, beverage, FMCG, or physical product brands.
- Motion design or advanced video editing capability.
- Exposure to retail packaging or e-commerce creative workflows.
- Experience working in fast-growing small businesses or startup environments.
