We’re looking for a Senior Production Designer to join our creative production team. This role focuses on the execution, adaptation, and final delivery of creative assets across print, digital, social, and motion formats. You’ll act as a key bridge between design and production, ensuring all deliverables are technically accurate, brand‑consistent, and pixel‑perfect.

This is an execution‑focused role, idóneo for someone who enjoys versioning, templates, quality control, and multi‑format production rather than concept development.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, social, OOH, and motion
- Execute mechanical builds, resizing, versioning, and template generation
- Ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across all deliverables
- Conduct preflight checks, file packaging, and asset archiving
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and studio teams
- Flag production or technical issues early and propose solutions




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in production design, artworking, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and file preparation
- Experience adapting master designs into multiple formats and sizes
- Comfortable working with templates, grids, and brand guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with digital formats and social media assets
- Figma knowledge is a plus
