Key Focus

- B2C: Connect with independent surgeons and specialists to sell operating room rental packages.
- B2B: Build strategic partnerships with medical societies, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- End-to-End Sales: Own the client journey from initial outreach to booking confirmation.

Who We’re Looking For

- Background: Surgical Technologist, Registered Nurse,



or Healthcare Professional with sales drive.
- Industry Know-How: Strong understanding of surgical procedures and clinical terminology.
- Network: An existing network of surgeons and medical institutions in Bogotá is a strong plus.
