THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Marketing Support Specialist.



This role is designed for someone passionate about delivering world-class service by assisting clients and internal teams through communication, problem-solving, and project management.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve success with our products and services, helping staffing companies acquire new clients and supporting job seekers in finding their idóneo careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help Desk. Provide first-level support to clients’ questions about content management, posting jobs, and our services with efficiency and empathy. Requires triage of tickets to categorize and prioritize by asking questions, collecting information, researching, and testing to resolve or escalate to internal teammates or external vendors.
