Insurance company in the US is looking for a high skilled and detailed orientatied Claims Specialist, to join their dinamic team, some of the responsabilities will be:
- Answering direct and queue phone calls.
- Drafting form letters.
- Ordering police reports via web services.
- Reporting claims to the Insurance Service Office.
- Requesting background reports.
- Opening new Liability(including Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Medical Payment, Uninsured Motorist, Collision, Comprehensive, Property Damage), and Workers Compensation claims using proprietary software.
In the process of opening claims,
the Claims Resolution Specialist will need to obtain detailed information regarding the occurrence, including address, parties involved, vehicle identification numbers, and accident descriptions.
In addition, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all parties, answering phone inquiries.
Requirements
- Fast typing
- Return telephone voicemails promptly.
- Maintain a clean email inbox
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office experience
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to produce weekly and monthly reports based on the work assigned, pending, and completed.
