About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Catering Operations Coordinator to support catering logistics for clients based in the USA and Canada. This is a remote, full-time position idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day catering operations for USA/Canada-based clients

- Manage logistics and vendor communication to ensure smooth event execution

- Serve as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams

- Track orders, timelines, and deliverables to keep operations running efficiently

- Troubleshoot logistical issues in real time and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in catering operations

- Proven track record working with USA or Canada-based clients

- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish)

- Strong logistics and vendor coordination abilities

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
