Location: On-site – El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Case Manager / Customer Service Representative to support a New York food assistance program. The program provides free medically tailored food services to families living in New York who have chronic health conditions through the 1115 Waiver.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and follow up on assigned cases.
- Conduct eligibility screenings and assessments.
- Provide customer service via phone and other communication channels.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and records.
- Assist members throughout the enrollment and service process.
- Perform other administrative and case management duties as needed.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Rotating holiday schedule
- Weekends off (Saturday - Sunday)

Compensation:

- USD $900 per month.
- Paid monthly on the 9th via PayPal or ARQ.
- Performance-based bonuses available.

Contract Type: Independent contractor (service contract). This position does not include paid vacation, health insurance, pension contributions, or other employee benefits.
