Pebl is seeking an Experience Specialist to join our operations team. You will engage directly with customers and supported employees, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first mindset.
This 6-month contract includes potential conversion based on performance; you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain SLAs, and help drive satisfaction across general customers. Prior experience in customer service, SaaS or B2B, and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
