Schedule: 8AM to 5PM CST. Monday-Friday. o Saturdays during peak starting with the Saturday after Thanksgiving Holiday and the following 4 to 5 up to Christmas 8AM to 4:30PM CST.
Job description:
- Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company’s trade secrets and any of our business client’s customer lists and related records.
- Answering phone calls in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
- Verifying customer information.

Responsabilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Listens to the customer’s needs and presents solutions.
- Determines customer needs by asking appropriate questions to verify action desired by customer, and then applies knowledge of company policy and procedure to determine action to be taken.
- Follows through to completion, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.




- Calling customer back promptly to keep him/her informed of actions being taken and to clarify customer expectations if needed.
- Accepts coaching and assistance from leadership to confirm correct actions and responses are being given to customers and to reduce transfer and hold time.
- Demonstrates teamwork by sharing information with coworkers and assisting new hires during their training/transition period.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
- Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
