With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a general influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Casting Talent specialist who can hunt down the fresh faces, authentic voices, and charismatic creators that define our brands.

You aren't just filling roles; you are finding the specific personalities that make a viewer stop scrolling and start listening.

Your ability to distinguish between "cringe" acting and genuine influence will directly impact the ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of our clients. If you have a natural eye for potential and love building relationships with creators, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

1. Scout & Source Creators
- Proactively hunt for new talent on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and casting platforms. You won't just wait for applications; you will go out and find the hidden gems.

- Build a diverse roster of actors, models, UGC creators, and real-people testimonials suitable for beauty, fashion, and tech brands.

- Identify talent that matches specific demographic and psychographic profiles provided by the Strategy team.
