I’m helping Maid Marines find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Bilingual Spanish Recruiting Assistant – Residential Cleaning Company (Remote, LATAM) .

You will drive workforce growth by connecting qualified talent to essential opportunities.

What makes you a strong candidate:

- You are proficient in Short Message Service (SMS), Administrative assistance.
- You have the potential to develop in Recruitment, Human resources (HR), Call center.
- English - Conversational
- Spanish - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities

- Post and refresh cleaner job ads in English and Spanish (Facebook groups, job boards).
- Call applicants in English and Spanish to explain the job clearly (pay, schedule, expectations, evaluation period).
- Ask simple qualification questions (location, transport, availability, experience).




- Follow a script and a checklist to decide who is qualified.
- Book qualified candidates into our daily online group orientations (U.S. Eastern time).
- Send reminders (WhatsApp/SMS/calls) so candidates actually show up.
- Maintain a simple tracking sheet for applications received, calls completed, candidates booked for orientation, and show-ups and hires.
- Report your numbers at the end of each day.

Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish (clear, neutral accent).
- Good spoken and written English (to communicate with our team and follow scripts).
- Comfortable spending several hours per day on video chat and the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes step by step.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a computer with webcam.
- Experience in any of these is a plus but not required: recruiting, call center, sales, customer service.
