Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Manager QC and Training for their offices in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: Manager QC and Training

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement
- Ensure activities meet regulatory standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
- Align team activities with KPIs, reduce defects through training and QC monitoring
- Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements
- Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards
- Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases
- Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements
- Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies
- Oversee recruitment, training,



and performance management of QC and Training teams

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
- Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer)
- Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
- Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within Q
