Key Responsibilities:
Client Follow-Up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
Institutional Contact: Liaise with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.
Case Management: Handle a large number of cases effectively, ensuring each receives appropriate attention.
Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
Scheduling Therapies: Manage the scheduling of physical therapies and follow up with clients.
Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage delicate information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic Knowledge of Medical Terms: Understand and use relevant medical terminology for cases.
Ability to Work Under Pressure:



Maintain calm and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
Adaptability to Changes: Be adaptable and able to adapt to new circumstances and procedures.
Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
