- Identify and research potential clients that align with Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings.
- Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
- Partnership Development:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance Uptalent.io’s market presence.
- Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, or product integrations.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
