We're Hiring | B2B Sales Executive

Are you passionate about consultative sales and enjoy closing deals rather than simply managing customer inquiries? This opportunity is for you!

- Location: Bogotá, Colombia – On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (to be agreed upon). Saturdays: Rotating shifts.
- Compensation: To be discussed+ Colombian legal benefits

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to earn:

- Commissions paid in USD based on sales performance.
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to KPI achievement.

What You'll Do

- Generate and convert qualified leads into new clients.
- Conduct consultative sales by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in consultative sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SmartMoving, or similar.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Conversational English (B2 level).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented mindset.
