We are hiring multiple IBM i (AS/400) Support Engineers across L1, L2, and L3 levels in Colombia. Candidates will support production IBM i environments, troubleshoot incidents, monitor system operations, and maintain platform stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for IBM i (AS/400) environments based on experience level.
- Monitor systems, jobs, job queues, output queues, alerts, and operational processes .




- Troubleshoot IBM i system and application-related production incidents.
- Work with CL commands, job management, spool files, libraries, user profiles, and system utilities .
- Monitor and support batch jobs, scheduled processes, backups, and routine operations .
- Investigate production issues and coordinate escalations with application, infrastructure, and technical teams.
- Maintain incident records and follow established support and service management procedures .
- L3 engineers will handle advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and complex production issues .
- L3 resources may also provide technical guidance and support to L1/L2 engineers.
- Knowledge of DB2 for i, SQL, RPG, CL programming, and ITIL is beneficial depending on the support level.
