Agency VA is looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Cali, Colombia.

In this role, you will engage with pre-assigned insurance agency leads through outbound outreach, primarily cold calling. Your primary responsibility is to introduce Agency VA's services, generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with our U.S.-based Sales Representatives. You will play a key role in creating quality sales opportunities while serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is confident communicating in English, enjoys building rapport over the phone, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to insurance agency leads provided by Agency VA.
- Introduce Agency VA's services and generate interest among prospective clients.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our U.S.-based Sales Representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM.
- Track outreach activities, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals related to calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling,



or business development.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve outreach and appointment-setting goals.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Must be located in Cali, Colombia.
- Must be available to work onsite.
