We are seeking an Applications Development Programmer Analyst to join our Technology team in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications.

Analyze technical issues, identify solutions, and support implementation activities.

Perform testing, debugging, and code development based on design specifications.

Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver technology solutions.

Support system improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives.





Apply industry standards and best practices to solve business and technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

Required

Disability certificate.

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced English level (B2+ or higher).

Knowledge of Java and/or .NET technologies.

Understanding of software development, testing, and debugging processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Up to 2 years of experience in software development.

Knowledge of SQL databases.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience working in multicultural or integral environments.
