Job Responsibilities

-Understand customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:

-C1 in English.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

-Full time availability.

-Prior experience in customer service, preferred.

-Medium knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email, Internet browsers, and search high proficiency preferred

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively.

About the job:

-100% on-site vacancy in Itagüi

-Indefinite term contract

-Monday to Sunday / 2 days off / 45 hours

-Rotative schedule

-2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting

-Basic salary $2.650.000 + commission $400.000 COP + hiring bonuses (400.000 COP 1st, 2nd and 3rd months of production) + tenure bonuses (from first 6 months to first 3 years) + Health insurance (After trial period) + Laika membership (After trial period) + Netflix/ Spotify (Upon availability)
