The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to design, build, and run the processes that we need to operate as a modern software company. This is a hands-on execution role: you don't just deliver decks about what should happen, you build the thing, ship it, and make sure it sticks. You will be the operational link between departments, ensuring that our systems and data infrastructure support our growth and the customer experience.

What You Will Deliver in the First 12 Months:
- Standardize Business Processes: Within 90 days, deliver documented, working processes for high-priority workflows. You will identify bottlenecks and manual workarounds,



replacing them with scalable alternatives and maintaining a centralized process library (SOPs, playbooks).
- Execute Tool Changes: Own the end-to-end implementation of new tools, from research and vendor negotiation to configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Design and deploy operational dashboards for leadership. You will define data standards (naming conventions, field ownership) to ensure reporting is reliable and self-sustaining.
- CRM Migration & CPQ Build: Lead the operational side of our CRM migration, including heavy data cleansing and preparation. You will build the complete CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) process, including templates for SOWs and approval workflows.
- Inter-departmental Alignment: Act as the link between Sales, Finance, CS, and Professional Services. Translate team needs into structured requirements and facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions.
