Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Draftsman at a United States company. The Dratfsman will design renderings and site plans in AutoCAD for construction projects.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based construction / development company.

Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 5+ years experience with AutoCad
- 5+ years experience in the construction industry
- Experience looking up building codes and regulations
- An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in project management tools

Requirements:
- Typing speed 40+ words per minute
- Ability to work on US time zone
- A clean and professional remote work environment
- Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer

Salary:

$1,250-2,400 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

Details:
- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
- Client has a desire for long term commitment.
