What will your responsibilities be?

- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges, technical requirements, and define tailored AI-driven solution approaches.
- Design and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs), product demonstrations, and technical presentations to validate solutions and accelerate deal closure.
- Collaborate with Product, Build, Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to design scalable AI and enterprise technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge assets, reference architectures, and enablement materials for global teams.

Requirements

Academic background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting,



Enterprise Technology Advisory, or similar client-facing technical roles.
- Experience working with AI solutions, Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center technologies, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Experience collaborating with global or multi-regional teams.

Technical knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, Speech Technologies, AI automation platforms, APIs, enterprise integrations, and multi-product solution design.
- Experience designing and delivering Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Ability to create technical solution documentation and architecture overviews.
- Experience evaluating AI platforms from both technical and business perspectives.

Languages:

- Advanced English (spoken and written).
