I. Job Summary The Aftermarket and Standard Products Inside Sales Specialist will assist the Aftermarket Sales and Service department in various activities, including spare parts product support for our national and international customer base across LATAM and North America. The Specialist will also support the sales of standard products, primarily in the US. The Specialist must work autonomously, possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.

II. Duties and Responsibilities The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned:

- Identify and quote accurate parts, services, and standard products to customers in a timely manner. Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers.
- Responsible for prompt quotation and distribution of parts to customers and field technicians.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory of spare parts. This involves direct communication with the factory in Italy/US, rental offices in the US,



and third-party accessories suppliers in the US.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely invoicing to customers and representatives.
- Ensure a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
- Directly responsible for the execution of parts warranty claims from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with the Aftermarket Sales Manager and other involved departments to resolve escalated problems.

III. Required Education and/or Experience

- A Technical Degree with the ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Parts background is a plus.

IV. Specialized Knowledge Required

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work with ERP systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.

V. Work Environment

- Travel: As required to fulfill the duties listed above. Additional related duties may also be required.
