Accounting Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant in Bogota with 5+ years of experience. To be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and systems, interpreting and analyzing accounting data. The idóneo candidate is highly analytical and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calculate Payroll according to local laws
- Prepare Payroll taxes declarations
- Submit Monthly tax returns (VAT/CIT)
- Prepare Corporate Income Tax Year declaration
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare Local Financial Statements
- Attend external audits to ensure compliance
- Ensure Compliance with Tax Regulations

Qualifications:

- Accountant degree.
- Valid Professional Accountant License issued by the Central Board of Accountants (JCC).
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) applicable in Colombia.
- Experience in preparing and filing tax returns with the Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN).




- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills in English.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
