Accounting Operations Lead

We’re looking for an Accounting Operations Lead who is detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and passionate about bringing structure, accuracy, and consistency to our accounting function. This role is central to maintaining clean books, improving processes, and ensuring our finance operations run smoothly across our U.S. and LATAM entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the daily accounting activities—including reconciliations, reporting, process improvement, and compliance oversight.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll entries, General Ledger maintenance).




- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts, review journal entries, and maintain supporting documentation.
- Partner with external accountants or auditors to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS.
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities across regions.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in accounting workflows.
- Standardize reporting templates, reconciliation procedures, and closing checklists.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
- Support automation and digitization of financial processes and ERP system improvements (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
- Supervise and guide junior accountants or accounting assistants.
- Promote a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
