What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CPA license required. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in financial services or a Big Four firm. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Colombian tax regulations, with experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
