What You'll Do
- Monitor live broadcast activity through CCTV, ensuring compliance with game rules and security protocols
- Detect and investigate suspicious behaviors in real time, escalating issues when needed
- Work closely with operations, compliance, and risk teams to manage and enforce live gaming policies
- Generate detailed reports on incidents, trends, and risk assessments for leadership review
- Develop and refine surveillance procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Support shift planning, team coordination, and training to maintain round-the-clock vigilance

Who You Are
- Proven experience in surveillance, security control, or a related field (preferably in iGaming or live broadcast)




- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities quickly
- Excellent judgment, analytical ability, and decision-making skills
- Organized and dependable, with experience managing 24/7 shift operations
- Capable of producing clear, professional incident reports
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Versátil availability, including nights and weekends
