What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or outages
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues, ensuring high availability and security
- Configure VPNs, VLANs, QoS, and optimize data traffic across multiple locations
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, and data center teams to align networking initiatives with broader business goals
- Manage network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Implement and enforce network security best practices, including firewalls and access controls
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments

Who You Are
- A seasoned Network Administrator (5+ years)



or similar engineering role
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and routing technologies
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and high-availability configurations
- Familiarity with packet capture tools and network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark)
- Comfortable working with both on-prem and cloud-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
