Intake Specialist

Location: Astorga – Calle 7D #43C-105, Medellín
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch), rotating shifts between 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET.

About the Role:
As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNC) and play a key role in bringing business to the law firm. This position requires strong sales skills to close deals, excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail to ensure a seamless intake process. You will handle high-volume calls, gather essential case information, and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Respond to PNCs via phone, email, chat, and SMS promptly and accurately.
- Identify client needs through active listening and investigative questions.




- Document detailed notes and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity quotas.
- Send electronic signature documents to finalize client onboarding.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- English level: C1 or higher (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales-oriented or customer service BPO.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs.
- Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum.
- Excellent customer service skills, including empathy and de-escalation.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.
