The Colombia and Venezuela Marsh Marketing & Communications Leader will build and lead a high-performing marketing team to drive commercial growth and enhance brand value across our businesses in Marsh. This role provides strategic counsel to local CEOs and business leaders, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with the firm’s mission and objectives while adhering to industry’s best practices. A critical focus will be managing the transition and transfer of brand equity to the expanded Marsh brand following the recent rebranding announcement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, be results-driven, have excellent communications/stakeholder skills, have a track record in operating in a fast-paced environment and be adept at balancing local and regional needs in a global professional services firm. The candidate will champion innovation, including AI adoption, to enhance client value and operational efficiency, while inspiring and developing a team to meet ambitious country growth targets.
Based in Bogota (Colombia), this hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
