Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Drive profitable growth for the Probiotics and Biosciences portfolio across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective customers in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industries.
- Develop and manage a robust,
evergreen project pipeline, ensuring continuous opportunity creation and progression.
- Define and execute account-specific growth and defense strategies, supported by detailed account plans.
- Identify customer strategies, unmet needs, and market trends to unlock new business opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies with direct customers and distributors.
- Act as the primary link between customers and IFF’s internal teams (Applications, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage risks, and communicate insights through Salesforce and regional forums.
- Resolve customer issues, including complaints and payment disputes, ensuring high service levels throughout the sales cycle.
